London - UAE Ambassador to the United Kingdom Eissa Saleh Al-Gurg on Friday received members of the "Pioneers of the Future" programme, an initiative sponsored and supported by Sheikh Maktoum Bin Hamdan Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum for university students. Khartoum - UAE Ambassador to Sudan Issa Abdullah Al Basha Al Nuaimi, met here yesterday Chairman of the Supreme Judiciary Council Jalaleddin Mohammed Osman. The Sudanese Chief Justice hailed UAE-Sudanese relations, citing as an example the good treatment accorded to Sudanese judges in the UAE.  UAE, Egypt ink pact on visa-free travel for diplomats

The United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt yesterday signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) on political consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries and on reciprocal waiver of visa requirement for holders of diplomatic passports and the special mission passports. The MoUs were signed by HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Foreign Minister, and Ahmed Abul Ghait, Egypt's Foreign Minister.

Economy minister, Sultan bin Saeed Al-Mansouri, visited yesterday the embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Berlin on the fringe of the UAE-Germany joint committee meeting.
