6000 years old wild camel bones discovered in Abu Dhabi desert

A team of archaeologists from the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH) recently discovered the skeletons of at least 40 ancient wild camels in Al Gharbia, the western region of Abu Dhabi, announced Mohammed Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Director-General of ADACH. Two archaeological teams from Kanazawa University in Japan and Bryn Mawr College in US started excavation in Sharjah on Saturday.
